13.9 Right to Withdraw Consent You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your Personal Data by Us at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to that withdrawal. You have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. We will respond to your request within one month of receipt, in accordance with the rights set out in section 13 of this agreement. Where necessary, this period may be extended by up to two months, depending on the nature and volume of requests received. You will be notified of any extension, along with the reasons for it, within one month of your original request.

13.11 Subject to Article 13 of the applicable law, information provided in response to a request made under your Article 13 rights will be supplied free of charge. Where a request is unwarranted or excessive — in particular where it is repetitive — we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the requested action. We may also decline to act on the request.

13.12 If we have reasonable doubts about the identity of the person who submitted your request, we may ask that person to provide adequate proof of identity.
